No. Healing sessions are gentle and work only with what you're ready to receive. You remain fully in control at all times and nothing is forced. The intention is pure - to support relaxation, balance and wellbeing in a safe and respectful space.

Reiki is a gentle energy practice that restores balance and calm. A place of deep relaxation. This is your time to release stress and reconnect with yourself. Your energy, your healing, your renewal.

1:1 Relaxation Reiki Healing Session

Enjoy a deeply calming 1:1 Relaxation & Reiki Healing session, tailored just for you.

This gentle experience supports energy flow, relaxation, and overall well-being. Sessions are typically hands-on, though they can be adapted for a non-touch approach if you prefer. With the use of essential oils, soothing music, and a non-judgmental environment, this is your safe space to pause, unwind, and simply switch off.

Distance Reiki Healing Session

A gentle, distance Reiki session offering deep relaxation and energetic support from the comfort of your own space.

This 1-hour virtual session is a chance to slow down, reset, and reconnect — without needing to travel.

Sessions are held via Google Meet (link provided after booking) or via phone.

You may choose to have your camera on or off — whatever feels most comfortable for you.

This is your time to rest. You don’t need to do anything other than get comfortable and receive.

Holding Space for Two

A shared Reiki session for two souls who feel safe resting side by side.

This offering invites you to slow down together in a calm, nurturing space. Reiki is shared with both participants, supported by essential oils and relaxing sounds — making it easy to sink in to and experience this special time together.

(Please allow 1.5 hours).

Silent Session

A quiet healing session with Reiki, held without conversation or interpretation. Relaxation music and effects will still be played. This offering is for those who don’t feel ready to talk, explain, or process, and simply need a calm, supportive space to rest and receive. The session is held with minimal discussion before or after the session, allowing healing with Reiki to flow gently. There is no expectation to share your experience. You are welcome to arrive exactly as you are.

Who this is for: This session is suited to people experiencing grief, emotional fatigue, or times when words feel like too much.

(Please allow 1 hour).

This session is intentionally held with minimal conversation and does not include discussion or interpretation before or after the healing. If you would prefer a session that includes conversation, please book a standard 1:1 Reiki session.
