A gentle group session designed to help you slow down, unwind, and reset your nervous system after the day.

🕯 6:30pm – 7:30pm (Mondays)

🕯 1 hour total session

🕯 Includes settling in, a guided meditation (approx. 40 minutes), and time to gently return before leaving
